Welcome to BODY 4 LIFE DTC. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website (body4lifedtc.com) or opting into our mobile communication programs. By accessing our site or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

BODY 4 LIFE DTC provides clinical healthcare services, including medical weight loss and hormone therapy. The information on this website is for informational purposes and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. User Consent and Information

By providing your contact information via our online contact or booking forms, you warrant that the administrative and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the phone number submitted.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By checking the opt-in box on our website forms and submitting your information, you provide express written consent to receive recurring informational SMS text messages from BODY 4 LIFE DTC.
  • Message types: Only conversational and informational/customer care messages related to: Appointment confirmations, Appointment reminders, and Responses to direct patient inquiries.
  • Message frequency: 10–20 messages per month on average.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. BODY 4 LIFE DTC does not charge users to receive text messages.
  • How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to stop. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Your mobile data and opt-in consent are protected. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 5. Limitation of Liability

BODY 4 LIFE DTC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages resulting from carrier network issues or technical anomalies outside our immediate control.
